In the field of life, God gives us the choice to be either wheat or weeds. Though they may appear alike for a time, their true nature is revealed in the end. God always knows the difference, and at the harvest, He alone determines who will enter the kingdom of heaven.
As His disciples, we are called to discern good from evil, recognize the difference between wheat and weeds, and choose the path we will follow. In His mercy, God always offers the opportunity for a weed to become wheat by opening one’s heart to the Lord.
