Classes to start on September 13th

Seekers for Christ Class – Wayne Smith Conference Room

This seven-session Bible study on Galatians by Timothy Keller will excite Christians about the gospel and help them apply it to every aspect of their lives.

The Galatian church was torn between the view that their efforts saved them and the gospel, which told them that it was Christ’s work that mattered. The choice still confronts us today, making this a hugely relevant and exciting book to study.

Each session will draw you to look closely at the Bible text and apply it meaningfully to your everyday life. See Colette McFadden for more information.

Inquirer’s Class – Room 108

This group will begin by examining the Beatitudes using meditations from The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC).  Founded by Richard Rohr, the CAC teaches that the Beatitudes offer a fresh way of looking at life. Jesus invites us to measure success not by wealth or popularity, but by kindness, mercy, peacemaking, and a heart that is open to God. As we begin to live this way, God’s grace gently changes us from the inside out.
