The Justice and Advocacy Committee of the West Virginia Conference of the UMC is asking us to pray. This year’s project, The Year of the Child, involves highlighting and advocating important issues in the lives of children and while every community has its own unique issues, challenges, and concerns we would like to focus on five main areas: hunger, mental health, addiction, gun violence, and water scarcity.
Our prayer board will be set up in the Narthex until Annual Conference. Please stop by adding your own prayer to the board so we can include them in our weekly prayers.
