The Inquirers Class will begin a new study on Sunday, March 19th at 9:45 a.m. in Room 108

“Theologians are known for debating doctrines and interpretations of scripture, often leading to vehement disagreement and even schism between groups. However, mystics from all different cultures and religious traditions often share a similar worldview and understanding of the divine, finding a common language to describe the inexpressible. Mystics often form a bridge between various religious traditions, helping to remind us that we all share a deep, spiritual connection. The common language of the mystics can be used as a guide for finding harmony and peace between seemingly divided religious groups.”

The post with the meme above opened a door of inquiry and seemed worth exploring. For some structure, a seminar by Richard Rohr was obtained from FaithandReason.org along with some discussion points. A portion of the lectures will be watched and then followed by discussion and further exploration. If you’re interested in bringing your questions and comments to this forum, you are most welcome to attend!
